Im Team Product Communications & Marketing gestaltest du die Visitenkarte von Quoniam mit Wir kommunizieren mit internen und externen Stakeholdern über unser Unternehmen sowie unsere Produkte und Strategien – in Fragebögen (Ausschreibungen), Consultant-Datenbanken, auf Events und unserer Website, via Social Media (LinkedIn) und in externen Medien. Dabei stehen die Kunden für uns immer im Vordergrund

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben

  • Kundenangebote und Präsentationen:

    Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Kundenangeboten, Präsentationen und anderen Materialien, die unseren Verkaufsprozess unterstützen. Korrekturlesen und Schreiben sind fester Bestandteil deines Aufgabenbereichs. Deine Arbeit hat einen direkten Einfluss darauf, wie wir unsere Dienstleistungen an potenzielle Kunden vermitteln

  • Content-Datenbankmanagement:

    Du pflegst unsere Content-Datenbank für Text- und Präsentationsinhalte (Qvidian) und stellst sicher, dass sie aktuell ist und effektiv für die Erstellung von Angeboten und Präsentationen genutzt wird. Dein Auge fürs Detail und dein Organisationstalent sind entscheidend, um die Integrität unserer Inhalte zu gewährleisten

  • Marketing-Unterstützung:

    Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team bei einer Vielzahl von Aufgaben, einschließlich Website-Aktualisierungen (WordPress) und Unternehmenspublikationen. Dank deiner Flexibilität unterstützt du uns dabei, den vielfältigen Anforderungen unserer Marketingaktivitäten gerecht zu werden

  • Sprach- und Kommunikationskenntnisse:

    Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche Sprach- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch

  • Interesse an Produktkommunikation und Marketing:

    Neben deinem Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachbereich hast du Interesse an Einblicken in die Produktkommunikation und das Marketing im B2B-Bereich, insbesondere im institutionellen Asset Management

  • Erstellung und Management von Content:

    Du begeisterst dich für die Erstellung von Content und für Content Management. Du hast Lust dich in moderne IT-Tools wie die Content-Management-Software Qvidian einzuarbeiten. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, welche du benötigst, um die Effizienz und Effektivität unserer Kommunikation zu steigern

  • Flexibler Arbeitsstil:

    Du weißt ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld zu schätzen und kannst dich effektiv einbringen. Du bist teamorientiert und gehst aktiv auf die verschiedenen Interessengruppen im Unternehmen zu
