Product Sales (f/m/x) - Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital

As Professional Product Sales in the team Supply Chain Finance, you will play a crucial role in selling solutions to corporate customers of RBI and fostering strong client connections in the product area of working capital management.

Your role at RBI
- Apply a holistic Supply Chain Finance (SCF) sales approach across all industries and regions of the bank's activities.
- Participate in defining the relationship strategy for SCF, in alignment with the key matrix partners.
- Establish first level-coverage for key SCF partners be it internal or external.
- Cooperate with your SCF product colleagues to apply coordinated pull-push sales approach with the bank's relationship managers.
- Align with SCF-product and sales teams in the CEE network of the bank for an RBI group-wide coordinated SCF-sales approach.
- Contribute to the development and establishment of innovative solutions to enhance the SCF / Working Capital capabilities of the bank.
- Organize regular pipeline calls, joint pitches, sharing of market insights, etc. to further increase cross-functional collaboration and customer focus in line with the bank's corporate values.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive environment in SCF and Working Capital solutions for RBI's client universe.
Your core competencies
- Master's degree in business administration (or comparable) along with several years of relevant professional experience in banking or finance
- Familiarity with contemporary established and new SCF products and structured Working Capital solutions, including knowledge of market trends and developments
- Established contact network and trusted relationships among major SCF market players
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Open-minded and collaborative team player, with a solution-focused approach and high motivation
- Willingness to travel
