Du denkst bei "QA" nicht an Fragen und Antworten, sondern an Qualitätssicherung und Softwaretests? Perfekt, dann bist Du bei uns richtig Als Lead QA Engineer (w/d/m) bist Du Teil unserer agilen Softwareentwicklung und im Wachstumsfeld Mobilität ganzheitlich verantwortlich für:

  • Teststrategie und -planung: Du entwickelst und implementierst effektive Teststrategien, um die Qualität unserer Softwareprodukte sicherzustellen
  • Automatisiertes Testen: Du erstellst und pflegst automatisierte Test-Suites für unsere Anwendungen, einschließlich Unit-Tests, Integrationstests und End-to-End-Tests
  • Testdurchführung und -analyse: Du führst manuelle und automatisierte Tests durch, analysierst die Ergebnisse und erkennst Qualitätsprobleme
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktteams zusammen, um Qualitätsstandards zu definieren und sicherzustellen
  • Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation: Du dokumentierst Testfälle, Fehlerberichte und Lösungsansätze und hilfst dem Team bei der Behebung von Problemen
  • Reporting und Monitoring: Du gestaltest ein grundlegendes Berichtswesen für Entscheidungsträger wie z.B. die Geschäftsführung
  • Qualitätsstandards und Best Practices: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Softwareprodukte den höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und förderst Best Practices in der Qualitätssicherung

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Technisches Know-how: Du hast Erfahrung in der cloudbasierten Software-Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf automatisierten Tests
  • Programmierkenntnisse: Du kennst Dich mit mindestens einer Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript) aus
  • Testing-Tools: Erfahrung mit gängigen Testing-Tools und -Frameworks (z. B. Selenium, Xray, CI Pipelines, WebdriverIO, Jest, Cucumber) kannst Du bereits vorweisen
  • Analytisches Denken: Du hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Softwareprobleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Teamfähigkeit: Du kannst hervorragend kommunizieren (auch in Englisch) und arbeitest gerne im Team, um effektiv mit Entwicklern und anderen Stakeholdern zusammenzuarbeiten
