Deine Aufgaben

1. Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur:

  • Wartung und das Troubleshooting von IT-Geräten wie Druckern, Telefonen, Notebooks, PCs sowie lokalen und virtuellen Servern.
  • Überwachung und Wartung von Netzwerkkomponenten wie Routern, Access Points und WLAN-Systemen.

2. Datensicherung und Netzwerksicherheit:

  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Backups zur Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung.
  • Überwachung und Wartung der Internetverbindungen (DSL, Glasfaser).
  • Implementierung und Wartung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Firewalls und VPNs.
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung von E-Mail-Spamfiltern.

3. Server- und Systemmanagement:

  • Verwaltung und Wartung von Servern unter verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Hyper-V, Windows Server, Linux Server).
  • Lizenzverwaltung für Software, insbesondere Adobe-Produkte.
  • Verwaltung und Pflege des Active Directory / EntraID.
  • Implementierung und Support für Microsoft 365-Anwendungen.

4. Projektbezogene Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption, Planung und Beschaffung neuer IT-Lösungen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von IT-Projekten.
Dein Profil
  • Student mit Begeisterung für IT, idealerweise mit praktischer Erfahrung.
  • Schüler in der Oberstufe mit Begeisterung für IT sind ausdrücklich auch angesprochen.
  • Starke Lernbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und analytisches Denken.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch).
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
