Die Position beinhaltet:

  • Verkauf und Beratung unserer Kund:innen zu hochwertigen Markenprodukten
  • Individuelle und serviceorientierte Betreuung unserer internationalen Kund:innen
  • Sicherstellung der optimalen Warenpräsentation
  • Sorgfältige und genaue Durchführung von Kassentätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Kund:innen bei Fragen, jeglichen Anliegen, eingehenden Retouren und Reklamationen
  • Bearbeitung des Warenein- und -ausgangs
  • Verräumung der Ware in den Store und im Lager sowie Abwicklung der Warenkommissionierung

Unser Headquarter befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Frankfurter Flughafen im Main Airport Center (MAC). Die unmittelbare Anbindung an wichtige Verkehrsrouten des Rhein-Main-Gebietes, der S-Bahnstation Gateway-Gardens sowie dem ICE-Fernbahnhof sorgen dafür, dass wir zentral erreichbar sind.

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel, und erste Erfahrung im Verkauf; alternativ langjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Verkauf von hochwertigen Markenprodukten, entsprechende Fortbildungen sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Verkaufstalent und Freude an der individuellen Beratung von Kund:innen
  • Positive Ausstrahlung, ein sicheres und souveränes Auftreten auf der Verkaufsfläche und Freude an kollegialer Teamarbeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß am Kundenkontakt
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise ergänzt durch weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse
