Join our Global Brands Controlling team, where we are at the heart of the NIVEA brand where global strategy is developed and global innovations are created. Play an active part to ensure financially strong innovation pipelines and better assortment efficiency via process improvement initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
Your Tasks- Design standardized tools to simplify business case-based decision making for each innovation project based on our global key performance indicators
- Support in quarterly NIVEA Post Launch reviews for the Executive Board including chances and risks analysis
- Support the assortment complexity reduction processes together with cross functional teams
- Create and maintain Power BI Dashboards
- Studies in Economics/Business Administration with focus on Finance/Controlling (with above-average grades)
- Properly enrolled during the entire time of employment
- ldeally first practical experience in finance or controlling
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking) / German is beneficial
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel & PPT) +PBI skills are beneficial
- Strong communication, presentation and business analytics skills
- High level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm, strong team player
- Proactive, taking ownership, get-things-done attitude with pragmatic solution orientation
