Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs.

We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen.

Research (f/m/x) to shape and contribute towards the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your Roleupport the Design & Insightsteam at ZEISS Digital Partnersalong the entire UX research process that covers these steps:
methodology-typically in early stage / Design Thinking projectsation of research guidelines based on the aligned scope and hypotheses based on defined profiles / criteria, using internal networks and external partners / agenciesonsite or remote researchto explore user needs and to validate hypotheses and ideas with potential customers & users early and continuously, using state of the arttools and storage of research data in efficient and compliant ways (e.g. applying and improving a data deletion concept)incl.

clear, actionable recommendations in close collaboration with our UI/UX designers with key stakeholders within ZEISS in most effective ways and ensure smooth handoversFurther, you will support with preparing workshops, conduct desk researchor support leadership roles.

Get first-hand experiences in the strategic development of future customer experiences of ZEISS's products & services.
