Ihre Aufgaben
In Ihrer Rolle als Senior AMS Consultant mit Spezialisierung auf SAP EWM sind Sie zentral für die Gewährleistung eines störungsfreien Betriebs und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der SAP-Lösungen unserer Kunden verantwortlich. Sie übernehmen dabei eine Schlüsselposition in der technischen Beratung und Unterstützung, die sowohl die fachliche Führung und Verantwortung spezieller Servicethemen, das Management von CR's, die Fehleranalyse und -behebung als auch die Optimierung bestehender Systeme umfasst.

Sie identifizieren proaktiv die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und entwickeln maßgeschneiderte Lösungsstrategien, die von der Analyse und dem Design der Prozesse bis hin zur Implementierung und Nachbetreuung reichen. Ihre Arbeit orientiert sich an Best Practices, allerdings sind Sie auch gefragt, wenn es um die Konzeption und Realisierung von kundenspezifischen Anpassungen geht.

Als erfahrener Berater stehen Sie nicht nur in engem Austausch mit Ihrem Projektteam, sondern agieren auch als Mentor für weniger erfahrene Kollegen, indem Sie Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrungen teilen. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektmanagern und Entwicklungsteams planen Sie die Umsetzung der Lösungen und stellen sicher, dass alle Aktivitäten auf die Ziele und Anforderungen der Kunden abgestimmt sind.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss in den Studiengängen (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Erfahrung.
  • Sie besitzen mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SAP-Beratung, speziell im Bereich Application Management Services (AMS) und EWM.
  • Neben Ihrer Expertise in SAP EWM sind Sie mit Logistikprozessen im Kontext zu SAP-Lösungen gut vertraut.
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder in der SAP-Entwicklung ist von Vorteil.
  • Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind in Wort und Schrift sehr gut.
