Please Note :

• This is an equity-only position, offering a unique opportunity to gain a stake in a rapidly growing company and contribute directly to its success.
• This means that there's no monthly salary until seed funding later this year.
• This is a consulting or Contractor role, and the individual (founding contractor / consultant) can decide their time commitment and work arrangement.

There's flexibility in terms of how you work and how you engage with your role . The successful candidate will be given up to 1% equity (1,000,000 shares) in luupli, vested over 3 years, and accrues annually.

There is a cliff of 1 year minimum for this role. In addition, you get a promissory cash payment post exit, guaranteed full time and paid role post seed, a great company culture, an opportunity to lead your own team in the long term and lead the fundraising strategy for a disruptive social media platform.

Position Overview

We are in search of an experienced and results-driven Fundraising Consultant to join our dynamic team and act as special adviser to the CEO.

As Luupli Limited prepares for the limited testing phase of its app, recognizing the critical role that financial resources play in propelling our mission forward, the Fundraising Consultant will be instrumental in shaping Luupli's financial success.

This role involves developing and executing strategic fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Fundraising Strategy :

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to thoroughly understand Luupli's financial needs and goals.
• Formulate a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives.

Prospect Identification and Research :

• Identify potential donors, investors, and strategic partners who align with Luupli's mission and values.
• Conduct thorough research to gain insights into the fundraising landscape, identifying trends and opportunities.

Create Compelling Fundraising Materials :

Work collaboratively with the marketing and communications teams to craft persuasive fundraising materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and impact reports.

Build and Manage Relationships :

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential donors, investors, and partners.
• Represent Luupli at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand our network.

Coordinate Fundraising Campaigns :

• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, utilizing various channels such as online platforms, events, and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of fundraising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Financial Forecasting :

Work closely with the finance team to develop accurate financial forecasts and budgets related to fundraising goals.

Compliance and Reporting :

• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare regular reports for the CEO and stakeholders, providing insights into fundraising progress.

Qualifications and Skills :

• Proven experience in fundraising for startups, preferably in the tech or social media industry.
• Strong understanding of the social media landscape with a passion for supporting diverse creators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate Luupli's mission compellingly.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with donors, investors, and partners.
• Familiarity with fundraising tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Reporting Line :

• You will be reporting directly to the CEO / Cofounder.
