The German Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) is lead by twelve highly experienced and established Managing Directors and Senior Directors. The team has earned an exceptional reputation for excellent work and they are highly active in Germany, working for premium clients on high profile deals: large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals and multinational corporates. Their work comprises Germany deals and cross border activity in addition to international situations around the world.
A&M's Global Transaction Advisory Group is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our teams have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Financial Due Diligence globally and the no.1 firm to develop an international career in Transaction Advisory today. It has an unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.
As an Intern (m/f/d) you will work on the following tasks:
- Assist on financial due diligence buy-side and sell-side assignments
- Support with preparing proposals for Financial Due Diligence and Financial Vendor Assistance projects
- Other M&A related (research) tasks e.g. assisting on managing intelligence on forthcoming deals, and working on targeting of private equity
At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:
- Advanced bachelor's or currently enrolled in a Master's programme
- Strong affinity for figures and interest in Accounting, Finance and M&A deal cycle
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Alteryx is a plus
- Fluent business level in German and English is essential
