Job descriptionTasks
- Advising and supporting managers and employees in operational HR issues, including recruitment, contract and remuneration design
- Planning and implementation of personnel development measures
- Compliance with legal and collective bargaining requirements as well as labour law provisions
- Optimising existing projects and implementing new HR-related processes to increase efficiency
- Management of sub-projects, particularly in the area of health management
- Representing the company externally, including to authorities and universitiesRequirements
- Degree in psychology, business administration or economics
- Several years of professional experience as an HR business partner and in human resources management
- Confident in MS Office
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English
- Existing work permit for the EUServices
