Hier sind Deine spannenden Aufgaben im Überblick:Disposition von Tankcontainern für Import und- oder Export per Bahn, Binnenschiff und LKWErteilung von Transportaufträgen und Buchung von SchiffsraumAktive Kommunikation im Auftrags- und AbwicklungsbereichPräzise Auftragserfassung und Zuverlässige Archivierung von relevanten Dokumenten im SystemProfessionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen (speditions- und rechnungsbezogen)Effiziente Fehlererfassung zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen

Aufgaben
  • Disposition von Tankcontainern für Import und- oder Export per Bahn, Binnenschiff und LKW
  • Erteilung von Transportaufträgen und Buchung von Schiffsraum
  • Aktive Kommunikation im Auftrags- und Abwicklungsbereich
  • Präzise Auftragserfassung und Zuverlässige Archivierung von relevanten Dokumenten im System
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen (speditions- und rechnungsbezogen)
  • Effiziente Fehlererfassung zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen
Profil
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung wäre wünschenswert, ist aber kein absolutes Muss.
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Branche sind wünschenswert, können aber auch durch Motivation und Lernbereitschaft ausgeglichen werden.
  • Es wäre toll, wenn Du schon Erfahrung mit Tankcontainern hast, aber auch hier gilt: keine Voraussetzung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch sind im Alltagsbetrieb der Spedition von Nutzen, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation zu ermöglichen.
