Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst die Schadensanalyse von Komponenten des elektrifizierten Antriebs aus den Märkten und dem Entwicklungsumfeld Sie erfassen den Zustand der Komponenten, zerlegen diese zielgerichtet und analysieren die auftretenden Fehlerbilder Dabei verwenden Sie im Team bereits etablierte Methoden, entwickeln jedoch auch weitere, um neue Derivate zu erfassen und noch unbekannte Alterungs- und Schädigungsmechanismen zu charakterisieren Zum tieferen Verständnis der Fehlerbilder nutzen Sie die Möglichkeiten aus dem TWA Umfeld, wie z.B. Röntgenanalyse und Rasterelektronenmikroskopie Sie interpretieren die erzeugten Analyseergebnisse und bringen diese wirksam bei unseren Prozesspartnern, in Gremien und vor Lieferanten ein, um z.B. Produkthaftungsfälle aufzuklären. Die Ergebnisse Ihrer Tätigkeiten dokumentieren Sie sorgfältig und umfassend und schließen Ihre Einzelaufträge durch aussagekräftige Berichte ab Dabei wirken Sie bewusst an der Produktgestaltung über alle Musterphasen mit
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Idealerweise zusätzliche Berufsausbildung KFZ Mechatroniker Erweiterte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Automobil-Bereich und zusätzliche Ausbildung zur Elektrofachkraft sehr hilfreich Sehr gute Kenntnisse zu Aufbau und Funktionsweise von Komponenten des elektrifizierten Antriebs, speziell von Hochvoltspeichern Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein für den Umgang mit Gefahrenstoffen und Hochvoltkomponenten Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen, idealerweise Erfahrungen mit CANalyzer und EDIABAS Selbstständige, sorgfältige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Handwerkliches Geschick, analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Reisebereitschaft Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung.
