About the role

Net Revenue Growth Management (NRM) is a critical strategic capability for Haleon to deliver sustainable top-line growth and gross profit margin improvement, giving us flexibility to reinvest in the business. The (Senior) NRM Manager is a key position in charge of planning, coordinating and delivering the change agenda needed to deliver these results and embed the capability in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland Business Unit. The role is a part of the 10+ Net Revenue & Sales Force Effectiveness team and has indirect people management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Net Revenue Growth Management agenda in DACH, working cross-functionally and being the functional expert for the business unit
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination and planning of yearly pricing plans, working with sales and marketing teams to deliver holistic and sustainable price plans
  • Ensure promotion effectiveness management process is embedded and followed to optimize sales and trade marketing promotional spend
  • Organise and kick-off pack-price architecture workshops together with marketing teams
  • Partner with sales to evaluate customer growth framework and deliver category & brand growth plans
  • Own the NRM capability building agenda for business unit

Requirements:

  • Exceptional proficiency in key Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers including pricing, promotions, and trade investment.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience in Net Revenue Management (NRM), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), or pricing functions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and foster change effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English required, with a preference for candidates who also have a good command of German.
