Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will integrate a financial and budgeting system with organizational programs. You will advise program personnel on budget and finance program planning and execution. You will analyze data for various financial reports (e.g., budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, audit readiness). You will analyze system trouble reports to propose new or revised financial management systems policies. You will compile and prepare financial data from reports. You will adjust financial plans based on the impact of production variations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Qualifying experience.

Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Developing and rendering authoritative interpretations of executive orders, OMB guidance as well as Departmental guidance. 2. Serving as a Department of Defense fiscal law subject matter expert. 3. Developing and presenting briefs on assessments and inspections to responsible officers. 4.

Performing administrative functions to include coordination of internal and external evaluations and assessments in accordance with command priorities and objectives for a General/Flag Officer/SES level command/activity.

5. Conducting analysis, evaluations, and auditing; provide guidance on all Financial Management Evaluation and Analysis responses in support of audits.

Education In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
