Our client is a high-growth European Offshore broking house, specializing in shipbroking, chartering, and vessel sales & purchase services within the offshore sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Offshore Shipbroker with expertise in Chartering and Sales & Purchase, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the chartering of offshore vessels and the buying and selling of offshore assets for clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify chartering opportunities for offshore vessels, i.e. platform supply vessels (PSVs), anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTS)
  • Negotiate charter agreements, ensuring favorable terms, pricing, and operational conditions
  • Liaise with shipowners, operators, and charterers to match vessels with client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and supply-demand dynamics in the offshore sector.
  • Source and evaluate offshore vessels and assets available for sale.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in offshore shipbroking, chartering, and sales & purchase activities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
