Im Proposal Management steuerst du unsere Angebotsprozesse für potenzielle Neukunden sowie Bestandskunden und machst aus Angeboten überzeugende Verkaufsdokumente. Dabei planst und koordinierst du die unterschiedlichen Angebotsphasen, bringst dabei deine Kommunikations- und Projektmanagement-Erfahrung aktiv ein und steigerst so die Qualität und den Erfolg unserer Angebote.

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Steuerung der Angebotsprozesse für potenzielle Neukunden und Bestandskunden
  • Koordination aller Beteiligten des Angebotsteams
  • Beratung bei der Erstellung von Angebotsstrategien und Mitbewerbendenanalysen
  • Unterstützung der Angebotsteams bei der Erstellung überzeugender Angebotstexte
  • Optimierung von Prozessen des Proposal Managements
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bid Management oder Proposal Management, idealerweise bei einem IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen in der Bearbeitung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen sowie Kenntnisse der Grundzüge des Vergaberechts
  • Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene APMP-Zertifizierung
  • Detailorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie hohe Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
