Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Durchführung von Servicetätigkeiten, Reinigung und Dekontamination von Impella Controllern an unserem Service Center Standort Aachen
  • Buchungen im SAP System sowie Dokumentation aller erbrachten Leistungen
  • Funktionstests an unseren Service-Leihgeräten (Impella Controller)
  • Vollständige Überprüfung des Serviceverlaufs für jede Konsole vor der Wartung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam als auch Schnittstellenmanagement zu weiteren Abteilungen
  • Einhaltung von regulatorischen Standards durch konsequente Umsetzung von SOPs, Prozessen und Verfahren

Qualifications

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, idealerweise mit einem elektronischen Hintergrund
  • Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
  • Organisationstalent mit Fähigkeit abteilungsübergreifend zu arbeiten
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt bei der Einhaltung von unseren Standards
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowohl in Englisch als auch auf Deutsch
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP
