Dein angesteuertes Ziel- Management des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus der mobilen App-Entwicklung und Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Fertigstellung hinsichtlich des Umfangs und des Budgets
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams bei der Definition von Projektanforderungen, Meilensteinen und Erfolgskriterien
- Betreuung der Auswahl, Implementierung und Optimierung von Technologien, Frameworks und Tools für die Entwicklung mobiler Apps
- Festlegung und Durchsetzung von Qualitätsstandards für mobile Apps, um Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit und ein einwandfreies Benutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Implementierung und Überwachung von Testverfahren zur Gewährleistung von Funktionalität und Leistung der entwickelten mobilen Apps
- Aktive Neugier für Branchentrends und -fortschritte sowie Beratung bei der Einführung neuer Technologien
- Überwachung der Ausgaben und Sicherstellung einer kosteneffizienten Nutzung der Ressourcen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team, mit Kollegen und Stakeholder und eine aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung einer langfristigen Strategie, welche die Unternehmensziele unterstützt
- Hauptverantwortlich für die Teamleitung und - betreuung, sowie für die Förderung eines kollaboratives und innovatives Arbeitsumfeld
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Computer Science oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Technologien, Frameworks und bewährten Verfahren für die Entwicklung mobiler Apps
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer Führungsrolle bei der Überwachung von Projekten zur Entwicklung mobiler Apps
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit einer Erfolgsbilanz bei der Umsetzung komplexer mobiler App-Projekte
- Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365
- Hervorragende kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte an branchenfremde Stakeholder zu vermitteln
