Produktmanager Mikrobiologie AMR/AMS (m/w/d)
Für Deutschland
Als Produktmanager mit dem Fokus auf unsere mikrobiologischen Lösungen für die Bereiche Erregeridentifizierung, Antimicrobial Resistance & Stewardship sind Sie Teil eines internationalen Marketing Teams im Bereich Central Europe, zu dem neben Deutschland, auch Österreich, Schweiz, Polen, Ungarn und Tschechien gehören. Sie berichten in dieser Funktion direkt an unseren Direktor Marketing Klinik.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie haben die Marketing-Verantwortung für Ihre dynamisch wachsende Produktpalette. Dazu gehört u.a. die Unterstützung des Produktlebenszyklus, die Sicherstellung von Produktwissen, Marktsegmentierung und Positionierung, die Durchführung von Schulungen & Workshops intern sowie extern bei Kundenbesuchen und Kongressen
- Mit KOLs und Managern aus privaten und öffentlichen Krankenhäusern einschließlich Universitäten sowie privaten Labors pflegen Sie zu Ihren Produkten einen intensiven Austausch
- Sie tragen zum Marketing- und Businessplan bei
- Die Preispolitik für neue und bestehende Produkte liegt in Ihren Händen
- Für Ihre Produktgruppe sind Sie das Bindeglied zwischen lokalen und globalen Teams in Vertrieb, Marketing und Customer Support
Das bringen Sie mit
- Studium der Biologie - mit vertieften Kenntnissen in der Mikrobiologie, alternativ 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Diagnostik in einem Routinelabor
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Vertrieb und Marketing müssen Sie mitbringen, über gute Kenntnisse der diagnostischen Laborumgebung freuen wir uns
- Sie wohnen in Deutschland und Ihre Reisebereitschaft beträgt 30- 50% Ihrer Arbeitszeit
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch runden Ihr Profil genauso ab wie der unbedingte Willen zum Erfolg.
