Vor allem durch TikTok und Meta Ads sind wir in letzter Zeit stark gewachsen. (Alleine Im letzten Quartal haben wir unseren Umsatz verdoppelt)

AufgabenDu bist der Kern unseres in-house Ad Teams. Dein Job umfasst die Produktion neuer Ad Creatives von A bis Z. (Ideen, Skripten, Filmen, Editen, Auswerten)
- Brainstorming und Ideenfindung für neue Ads
- Schreiben von Ad Scripts (direct response advertising)
- Organisieren von shooting days und Arbeit hinter der Kamera
- Editing der Ad Creatives für beste Performance. Wichtig: Editing wird einen großen Teil deines Jobs ausmachen.
- Finden und Koordinieren von passenden UGC Creatoren
- Auswertung der Ergebnisse. Iteration und Optimierung.
Uns ist es egal, ob du eine formale Ausbildung hast oder dir deine Skills durch YouTube Videos angeeignet hast. Was zählt, ist, was du leistest.
Wichtiger als alles andere ist, dass du das richtige Mindset hast.
Du bist jemand, der unternehmerisch denkt und für seinen Aufgabenbereich volle Verantwortung übernimmt.
Wenn es ein Problem gibt, steckst du nicht den Kopf in den Sand, sondern krempelst die Ärmel hoch und findest eine Lösung.
Du bist ambitioniert und wachstumsorientiert.
Diese skills solltest du haben:
Editing skills sind ein must-have. Im Bereich Meta / Tiktok Ads können wir dich auch trainieren, eine Affinität dafür sollte aber vorliegen.
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
- Filmen von Content mit Kamera & Smartphone
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung mit Desktop Schnittprogrammen (DaVinci, Premiere etc.)
- Du beherrscht den editing Style für schnelle, knackige Social Media Videos (Mr Beast Style)
- Du weißt wie man eine hook erstellt, die unsere Zielgruppe beim scrollen stoppt
- Du kennst die Prinzipien von direct response advertising und kannst skripte danach schreiben
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Meta / Tiktok Ads und weißt welche Art von Creatives funktionieren
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und ordentlich. Man muss dir Dinge nur einmal sagen und du setzt sie um.
- Du arbeitest effizient, nicht perfektionistisch kurze Videos im Monat sollten kein Problem sein.
