Aufgaben

Im Zuge einer geordneten Nachfolge, verbunden mit einem Neuzuschnitt des Bereiches suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Head of Finance and Controlling für unseren Bereich Shared Services.

In Ihrer zukünftigen Position als "Head of Finance and Controlling" sind Sie für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung, Weiterentwicklung und Führung der Mitarbeitenden des Finanzbereiches zuständig.

Im Einzelnen Bedeutet Dies

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse inkl. deren Berichterstattung, Verantwortung für das Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Buchhaltung, Prüf- und Steuerwesen, Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung) sowie den Einkauf.
  • Sie verantworten das Auftragsmanagement (Kalkulationen, Angebotserstellung, Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung, Budgetcontrolling der Einzelaufträge sowie Fakturierung aller Leistungen).
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung des Controllings (Kennzahlen, Reporting, Forecasts für Wirtschaftspläne und Langfristplanung und damit verbundene Handlungsempfehlungen, Berichtswesen).
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements.
  • Sie stellen ein ordnungsgemäßes steuerliches Meldewesen sicher und sind Ansprech-person für die Wirtschaftsprüfung, die externe Steuerberatung und die Fiskalverwaltung (inklusive Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen).
  • Sie koordinieren die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung aller Prozesse und Strukturen im Finanzbereich sowie deren Schnittstellen im Hinblick auf Digitalisierung und Prozessautomatisierung.

Profil

Das mögliche Aufgaben- und Verantwortungsspektrum bei uns ist groß. In gemeinsamer Absprache entwickeln wir Ihren Tätigkeitsbereich entsprechend Ihrer Expertise und Ihren Wünschen. Bitte bewerben Sie sich auch, wenn nicht alle Punkte zu 100% auf Sie zutreffen.
  • Sie haben ein Hochschulstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit aus und führen den Bereich wertschätzend, situativ und eigenverantwortlich – auch durch eine gewinnende, verbindliche und klare Kommunikation.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Finanz- und Controllingbereich.
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Jahresabschluss-Kenntnisse nach HGB.
  • Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung.
  • Sie können gute Anwendungskenntnisse, insbesondere in Bezug auf Buchhaltungs- und Verwaltungssoftware sowie MS Excel vorweisen.
  • Sie verfügen über einen offenen und motivationsfördernden Führungsstil mit einem zugleich klaren Planungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Sie sind im Handels- und Steuerrecht zu Hause und kennen idealerweise die Abläufe eines Steuerberatungs- / Wirtschaftsprüfungsunternehmens.
  • Sie identifizieren sich mit der Strategie der nachhaltigen Mobilität der NOW und wollen diese aktiv mit umsetzen.
