Einleitung

Für unser Fintech beatvest suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/e Werkstudent/in im Bereich Marketing. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du dich auf diese Stelle auch als Praktikant/in bewerben.

Gleichzeitig lernst du nebenbei etwas über Investitionen und Finanzmärkte und wirst von einem coolen, internationalen Team bei den Aufgaben begleitet.

Aufgaben

Aufgaben

Auf der Grundlage deines Hintergrunds und deiner Interessen werden wir deine genauen Schwerpunkte besprechen, mögliche Aufgaben sind:

  • Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von Performance Marketing-Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Content für unsere Social Media-Plattformen
  • Analyse von Kampagnenergebnissen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Steigerung der Performance
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product-Team zur Entwicklung innovativer Strategien im Product Marketing
  • Monitoring aktueller Trends im Digital Marketing und im speziellen Bereich Social Media
  • PR Arbeiten
  • Influencer Marketing
Qualifikation

Anforderungen

  • Eingeschriebene/r Student/in oder Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Medienkommunikation, Marketing oder eines verwandten Studienfeldes
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Marketing
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Performance Marketing Tools und Plattformen
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen
  • Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für ansprechende Inhalte
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
