In this role, the Service Team will set up the local field service organization for our new sales and service subsidiary in Brazil in close cooperation with the local Service Manager and the Headquarters' Service division and provide A to Z technical services to customers of large photovoltaic power plant solutions.

Your contribution to the big picture
Supports customers over the phone so that issues relating to single phase and three phase solar inverters for photovoltaic plants can be resolved remotely Provides independent on-site commissioning, maintenance and repair of solar inverters for large scale PV plants Handles spare parts for changing out the individual inverter components, organizes the related logistics and trains our customers' on-site technical personnel Answers incoming customer calls and processes customer queries and error messages sent to the service line at our branch Records all issues in SAP CRM documentation and provides regular reporting to the Service Manager and to the HQ Service division

Your skills are needed
Requires a bachelor's degree or any educational training in the electro-technical field and has at least three years of experience in professional customer service and in the installation, repair or maintenance of electrical plants or other installations in the field of power electronics Ideally has a very good understanding of high voltage and measurement equipment as well as occupational health and safety regulations Must be proficient using MS Office and SAP, and a basic understanding of IP network technology would be advantageous Has good English and Portuguese language skills and a Class B driver's license Willingness to travel across the country and neighboring countries in South America, attend training in Europe as required Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner as well as be able to work effectively and independently#bethechange We look forward to receiving your application.
