Teamlead (gn) Market Communication

Dein Job:
  • Du bist für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams verantwortlich
  • Du übernimmst die zielgerichtete Entwicklung und das Coaching deiner Teammitglieder*innen
  • Du verantwortest die Organisation und Koordinierung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäfts
  • Du stellst sicher, dass die mit Marktpartner*innen ausgetauschten Meldungen bearbeitet werden
  • Du identifizierst Engpässe sowie ineffiziente Prozessen und entwickelst Lösungen zur Optimierung von nachhaltigen Arbeitsabläufen
  • Du pflegst eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, um die Unternehmensziele zu verstehen und sicherzustellen, dass die Performance-Ziele entsprechend ausgerichtet sind
  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Durchführung von KPI-Messungen, um die Leistung und Effizienz unserer Geschäftsprozesse zu bewerten
Deine Skills:
  • Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine abgeschlossene Zusatzausbildung mit mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und bist in der Lage, ein Team erfolgreich zu leiten und zu motivieren
  • Du bringst bereits Erfahrungen im Energiemarkt mit? Das verschafft dir einen Vorteil
  • Du begeisterst uns mit deinem ausgeprägten Organisationstalent sowie analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Aufgaben zu bewältigen und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen? Dann freuen wir uns auf genau dich.
  • Du bist offen und transparent in deiner Kommunikation und es gelingt dir stets alle im Boot zu haben
  • Mit deinem souveränen Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen setzt du Veränderungen erfolgreich um
  • Ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office setzen wir voraus
