YOUR TASKS
  • Be a welcoming host and ensure guests have a memorable stay
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process to enhance the guest experience and maximize hotel occupancy
  • Provide assistance to guests regarding local attractions, activities, and services
  • Handle operational and administrative duties such as invoicing, online reputation management, and quality checks
  • Collaborate with the team and assist in F&B tasks when needed
  • Adapt to a varied work environment and be available for shifts on weekdays, weekends, and different times of the day
YOUR PROFILE
  • Previous hotel experience or a strong interest in the HORECA industry
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for dynamic environments
  • Enjoy helping others and contributing to memorable guest experiences
  • Team player who is willing to take on challenges as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English (minimum solid A2-B1 level), additional languages are a plus
