Offgrid sucht eine/n hochmotivierte/n und leidenschaftliche/n Founders Associate (m/f/d), der/die unseren Gründer unterstützt und unser Führungsteam verstärkt.
Diese Rolle ist ideal für jemanden, der/die bereits Erfahrungen in schnelllebigen und unternehmerischen Umfeldern hat und sich darauf freut, zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens und Marke maßgeblich beizutragen.
Als Founders Associate (m/w/d) bist du quasi die rechte Hand des Gründers und arbeitest tagtäglich Hand in Hand mit ihm zusammen und unterstützt ihn dabei, gemeinsam seine Vision und die damit verbundene strategische und operative Ausrichtung des Unternehmens voranzutreiben.
DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer
- Entwickle und setze gemeinsam mit dem Gründer unternehmerische und strategische Initiativen um.
- Entwicklung von Financial Models, Businessplänen, Pitch Decks sowie Produkt- und Marketingstrategien.
- Unterstützung bei Investor Relations und Fundraising
- Gestaltung von Investor Relations Präsentationen
- Teilnahme an Investoren-Calls und Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence Aufgaben.
- Eigenständige Entwicklung von weiteren Revenue Streams und Product Offerings.
WAS WIR VON DIR ERWARTEN:
- Positive und lösungsorientierte Einstellung und Fähigkeit, kritisch zu denken, Entscheidungen zu treffen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Abschluss in BLW, Entrepreneurship oder einem vergleichbaren Fach, sowie BA oder MA von einer anerkannten Universität.
- Erfahrung in einem Start-up- oder unternehmerischen Umfeld.
- Fließend Englisch und Deutsch (ist obligatorisch).
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken.
- Eigenmotivation und proaktive Einstellung, selbstständig zu arbeiten und Eigeninitiative zu ergreifen.
- Außergewöhnliche organisatorische und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten, Aufgaben zu priorisieren, eigenständig zu arbeiten, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Fristen einzuhalten.
- Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, in einem dynamischen und sich ständig ändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und stetig anzupassen.
- Leidenschaft für Nachhaltigkeit, Achtsamkeit und der Vision von Offgrid.
- Führerschein und die Bereitschaft Auto zu fahren (dies ist zwingend erforderlich, da unser Geschäftsmodell Fahrten zu unsere Standorten draussen in der Natur erfordert) .
