In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit Teil des Teams Factory Engineering zu werden und Equipmentprojekte sowie deren Steuerung, Überwachung und Produktionsfreigabe zu leiten. Zudem wird die Leitung von Projektteams eine wichtige Aufgabe sein.

Dein Job:

  • Entwicklung, Projektierung und Erstellung von komplexem, disziplinübergreifendem Fertigungsequipment (inkl. Berücksichtigung von Software-, Elektronik- und Konstruktionsexpert*innen) z.B. Weiterentwicklung von Eigenentwicklungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Hochspannungselektronik und Entwicklung von Prüfanlagen
  • Projektleitung von nationalen Equipmententwicklungen (z.B. Koordination von Softwareentwicklern, Elektronikentwicklung, Konstruktion und weiteren Expert*innen)
  • Überwachung dieser Equipmentprojekte (Termine, Budgets, Funktion)
  • Erstellung der notwendigen Designunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Freigabedokumenten zur Validierung
  • Beraten der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich Leistungsfähigkeit und optimaler Nutzung des Equipments im laufenden Betrieb.
  • Second Level Support für Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen und Prüfequipment (inkl. der notwendigen Dokumentation und Qualifizierungen)

Du bist Teil von:

Factory Engineering, das als Interface zwischen R&D und Operations für Tubes und Generatoren arbeitet.
Die Gruppe OE Equipment ist verantwortlich für den Neuaufbau von Produktionsanlagen und Werkzeugen und unterstützt den Bereich Maintenance sowie die Prozess- und Testentwicklung. Weitere enge Schnittstellen bestehen zur Gruppe Data Management im Bezug auf Schnittstellen zwischen den Anlagen und der Cloud sowie zur Einhaltung von Industrie 4.0 Standards.

Factory Engineering ist zudem verantwortlich für Cost-Down-Projekte, die Produktqualität, Recycling-Projekte sowie Support für internationale Produktionsstandorte. Dafür interagieren wir mit einer Vielzahl von internen und externen Experten, was besonders abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten zur Folge hat.

Der Job passt zu dir, wenn du:

  • dein Masterstudium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften/ Elektrotechnik (Schwerpunkt Hochspannungselektrik) o.Ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen hast. Schwerpunkt dieser Stelle ist die Elektrotechnik sowie die Projektierung von Prüfequipment. Alternativ sind auch ein Bachelorstudium und eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung aus den genannten Bereichen eine gute Einstiegsmöglichkeit bei uns.
  • dafür brennst, unsere Fertigung und ihr Equipment zukunftsfähig zu gestalten.
  • bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in den Bereichen Anlagenbau, Sondermaschinenbau oder Komponentenfertigung sammeln konntest.
  • begonnene Projekte zu Ende bringen kannst und genauso Wert auf das Design der Anlagen legst wie auch auf die vollständige Dokumentation.
  • die Kundenbedürfnisse in den Vordergrund stellst. Kunde des Bereichs OE Equipment & Tool Design sind die Produktionsbereiche unserer Fertigung.
  • ein Teamplayer bist und gerne in einem kleinen Team von Expert*innen arbeitest.
  • Projekte anpackst anstatt sie auf die lange Bank zu schieben und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit mitbringst.
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringst.
