Your Tasks

Join us making more consumers fall in love with EUCERIN by shaping the brand narrative and driving engagement in the digital universe. As part of the GBU Derma Marketing Team, and located in Hamburg, you report into the Ass. Marketing Directors of one of the indication teams. As Global Derma Content & Communication Manager, you are the creative precision marketing (PM) and always-on expert of the team. You support the team in creating PM optimized creative campaigns and secure the delivery of the targeted PM assets, ready for country adaptation and aligned with business objectives. You will also ensure that the always-on content for our own digital touchpoints (website, social, CRM, e-com sales visuals) is always up to date and state-of-the art.

  • (Re)Launch & Life-Cycle-Management Media Campaigns
    • Support the Global Ass. Marketing Director and Int. Brand Manager in setting up the global campaign briefings, finalizing main campaign ideas and key messages and preparing international campaign productions
    • Lead the execution of assets across all consumer funnel steps following the key precision marketing principles. Ensuring OTIF (on time, in full) delivery towards our regions and countries
    • Implement and maintain, together with agency partners, a quality control process to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligns with global brand guidelines for a coherent look & feel
    • Ensure consistent and relevant messaging across the different channels
  • Create the global communication package in close collaboration with the Int. Brand manager
    • Post-campaign analysis to generate learnings and make data-driven proposals for content and process improvements
    • Act as strong partner to the brand manager, Global Media PM team and external agencies to maximize campaign success
    • Creative Lead for Always on Content
    • Analyze and define key needs and white spots for Always-On Content across the different touchpoints
    • Define relevant KPIs together with the digital experts to continuously improve brand presence that resonates with the relevant audiences
    • Define for each launch / relaunch or lifecycle management project the 360° content strategy for always on in close collaboration with the Int. Brand Manager
    • Develop and implement the always on content for all our digital touchpoints for launch, relaunch and life cycle management projects. This in close collaboration with the brand and digital team
      • Website: Update and/or create the content with Product Detail Pages (PDP), Landing Pages (LP) as well as Article Detail Pages (ADP) for existing products and new innovations
      • Social: Develop and implement comprehensive always-on-content
      • CRM: Provide content for CRM communication
      • Ecom Sales Visuals: Steer the creation of sales visuals
    • Brief and manage agencies to ensure content fits brand DNA and project vision / objectives
    • Derive key insights and learnings from content performance to help improve & evolve future content
    • Work closely with regions and key markets to gain insights, consolidate learnings and derive relevant actions
  • Analyze and build know how on competition activation & contents as well as latest communication trends to derive strategic and tactical guidance for optimized communication execution
  • Coordinate and maintain the DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) platforms to ensure seamless availability and consistency across internal tools and external digital touchpoints. Ensure buy-out contracts for talents are set-up on time and in full using the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Managements) system
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree – Master's degree is a plus.
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in (Digital) Marketing / Communication Development – preferably in an international Marketing Context
  • Experience in the Dermocosmetics field is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Profound understanding of digital content production & media
  • Know-how relating diverse digital marketing touchpoints (Websites, CRM, Newsletters, Social Media, Search, Mobile, Content and Performance Management) and digital performance metrics
  • Experience in development and implementation of digital strategies and digital brand management preferred
  • High level of (digital) project management skills and ability to successfully handle complexity
  • Ability to build trusted relationships whilst utilizing strong influencing skills to successfully
  • Manage countries, agencies, as well as other internal and external stakeholders
  • Team-player with the ability to inspire others
  • Self-starter and problem solver who is motivated by challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English is mandatory – multilingual proficiency is a plus
