ÜBER DIE STELLE

Wir suchen einen talentierten Sales Associate für unser Columbia-Team in Bremen Ochtum Park, Germany.

Du wirst Teil eines vielfältigen und dynamischen europäischen Einzelhandelsteams das über 8 Länder verteilt ist.

Als Sales Associate ist dein Input entscheidend um unseren Kunden das beste Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Als Botschafter der Marke besteht deine Mission darin, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu verstehen, sie zu Produkten zu beraten und Lösungen vorzuschlagen. Darüber hinaus hilfst du beim Visual Merchandising um die Verkaufserfolge zu steigern.

WIE DU EINEN UNTERSCHIED MACHST

  • Biete allen Kunden einen exzellenten Service und berate sie zu unseren Produkten, um das Kundenerlebnis zu verbessern, indem du unsere Best Practices für den Kundenservice nutzt.
  • Sei ein stolzer Botschafter von Columbia, indem du alle Kunden über aktuelle Produktmerkmale und Vorteile informierst.
  • Fördere die Kundenbindung durch hochwertige Interaktionen mit dem Ziel, das Markenimage zu steigern und Besucher zu begeisterte Kunden umzuwandeln.
  • Stelle sicher, dass alle unsere Produkte in Übereinstimmung mit den VM-Richtlinien des Unternehmens gut angezeigt werden.
  • Unterstütze uns bei der Lagerverwaltung und Produktlieferungen.
  • Pflege ein hervorragendes Erscheinungsbild des Ladens.
  • Zeige Lernwillen und nutze alle sich bietenden Möglichkeiten, um die eigene Entwicklung

voranzutreiben und die Leistung zu steigern.

  • Pflege ein positives Arbeitsumfeld und kommuniziere mit allen Führungsebenen und Mitarbeitern.
  • Stelle sicher, dass die Richtlinien und Verfahren des Unternehmens befolgt werden, und schlage Verbesserungen vor.

WAS MACHT DICH ERFOLGREICH?

  • Du hast erste Erfahrungen in einer kundendienst- und/oder vertriebsorientierten Position. Erste Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel sind von Vorteil.
  • Du brennst für Kundenservice und liebst es mit Menschen zu interagieren.
  • Du beherrschst die offizielle Landessprache. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team und lebst den Teamgedanken.
  • Du bist vertraut mit Zahlen (Du kannst grundlegende mathematische Berechnungen durchführen)
  • Du bist bereit dich einem leistungsstarken Team anzuschließen das bereit ist, Herausforderungen anzunehmen.
  • Du bist ein Outdoor-Enthusiast und liebst es, deine Leidenschaft zu teilen
  • Du bist bereit für flexible Arbeitszeiten, einschließlich Samstag, Sonntag und Feiertage.
