Your Tasks

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company's products and services. The Sales Account Manager plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth, which means to:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and offerings to meet their business objectives
  • Act as the primary sales point of contact for clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Develop and implement account plans to maximize sales growth
  • Provide clients with product updates, promotions, and new offerings
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning processes
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account progress using CRM tools
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales metrics for stakeholder review
  • Ensure all client agreements, contracts, and sales documents are up to date and compliant
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account management
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experiences
Our Requirements

You have the following requirements or can convince us with equivalent experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is advantageous
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
