Erstellung und Validierung von regelmäßigen und Ad-hoc-Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung und die Arbeitskreise Konzeption, Implementierung und Verbesserung von Risikomanagement-Prozessen in einem internationalen IT-Umfeld Koordination und Steuerung der Risikomanager-Community, um gemeinsam dafür zu sorgen, dass sich der Reifegrad des Risikomanagements innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe ALDI SÜD erhöht Förderung einer proaktiven und offenen Risikokultur durch Schulungen und Handlungsempfehlungen Kontinuierliche Identifizierung und Bewertung von Risiken in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern im gesamten Unternehmen Entwicklung von Konzepten und Strategien sowie Gewährleistung ihrer ordnungsgemäßen Umsetzung zur Minderung neuer Risiken Dein Profil Was du mitbringen solltest. Abgeschlossenes Studium der IT, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines verwandten Bereichs Nachgewiesene Erfahrung durch Bekleidung einer Rolle im Bereich IT-Governance, Risikomanagement oder Compliance in einer internen oder externen Unternehmensberatung Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kontaktfreude sowie die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren; dazu gehören ebenfalls Diskretion und ein hohes Maß an Verschwiegenheit Ausgezeichnete Analyse- und Problemlösefähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung Proaktives, sorgfältiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, sich gut in ein internationales Team einzugliedern Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich Was wünschenswert ist.
