Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für die Carl Zeiss Spectroscopy GmbH in Jena eine/en Key Account Manager für dein Bereich Thin Film Measurement Systems.

Ihre Rolle

  • Wir suchen einen engagierten Key Account Manager, der sich mit Leidenschaft der Akquise von Neukunden widmet und gleichzeitig den bestehenden Kundenstamm im In- und Ausland betreut.
  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Beratung und Betreuung unserer Vertriebspartner sowie die Implementierung und Überwachung von Messsystemen zur Qualitätskontrolle dünnen Schichten im gesamten Auftragsgewinnungsprozess bis hin zum After Sales Service.
  • In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Sales Management, dem Produktmanagement und dem Customer Support zusammen, um eine effektive Koordination und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen sicherzustellen. Zu Ihren Verantwortlichkeiten gehört auch die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vertragsverhandlungen sowie die Standbetreuung auf Messen und Ausstellungen.
  • Wir suchen eine dynamische Persönlichkeit, die überzeugend Geräte und Baugruppen beim Kunden demonstrieren kann und dabei eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung an den Tag legt.

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Physik- oder Ingenieurswissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Optik
  • Wünschenswerterweise Berufserfahrung im optischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb und Umgang mit mehreren komplexen Schnittstellen
  • Proaktive und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1)
  • Reisebereitschaft für nationale und internationale Reisen sowie Konferenzen von circa
