locationsMünchenFull timeposted onPosted 30+ Days Agojob requisition idJR_1026918Your RolePlan and lead Design Thinking / Strategic projects within cross-functional teams - quickly moving from early, explorative phases and initial hypotheses to prototypes, MVP definition and agile implementationHelp your project team to learn from the target research participants early and continuously with the appropriate method mixHelp our (potential) users to imagine the future, develop, iterate and test (digital) products and services, enable your project team to synthesize key insights and translate them into tangible solutionsBe responsible for professional and effective stakeholder management including convincing presentations and act as a reliable and strong partner for the ZEISS business unitsEnsure an effective and close collaboration with business & tech units and high quality of project outcomes - in the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility and viability, support the professionalization of our research processes, incl.

research ops and compliance and further develop our methodologiesHelp to scale Design Thinking and UX research at ZEISSAt least 6 years of professional experience in a leading research & innovation team in agency or in-house environmentA convincing track record that shows your ability to move from customer insights to MVPExperience as a team / project / community of practice lead with strong project planning skillsA broad skillset to cover the full range of research methods - focus on qualitative research, ideally also quantitative researchExperience with Design Thinking, Service Design and agile ways of workingA natural passion and curiosity for technology, enthusiasm for innovationExperience with working in interdisciplinary teams and with diverse roles, from design to business or tech expertsEntrepreneurial thinking, experience in a start-up environment is an advantageStrong stakeholder management skills as well as verbal, written and visual presentation skills in English and ideally also GermanThe ability to communicate the value of customer centricity within a design and business context Way of workingYour ZEISS
