Freelance Tech Recruiter

At Juucy we are looking for experienced freelance tech recruiters or agency recruiters to collaborate with growing (tech) companies and start-ups.

This role is ideal for those who have a background in boutique agency recruitment or independent technical recruitment.

While working on our platform, you will:
  • Collaborate with the youth team to understand team dynamics, hiring needs, and job requirements.
  • Use both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of client companies to potential candidates.
  • Work in tandem with the Juucy team to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate referrals.
We are looking for talented individuals who have:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth tech startups.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the early and growth-stage tech startup landscape.
  • Strong expertise in technical recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in attracting top-tier passive candidates.
  • Prior experience in a recruitment agency setting, with a preference for those who have worked in boutique or small tech-focused agencies.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring effective coordination between clients and candidates through the hiring process.
