CHRA NAF CYS Service Center (C2SC) is looking for experienced & motivated person to be a part of their Europe Team, as a Human Resources Specialist, NF Position could be located in Germany (Grafenwoehr, Ansbach, Kaiserslautern, Stuttgart, Wiesbaden) or Vicenza, Italy.



Duties
  • Provides a full range of HR services for managers and employees.
  • Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to assigned organizations in resolution of staffing problems.
  • Responsible for recruitment and placement, screening and rating applications, determining preference categories, creating and issuing referral lists, extending job offers, and ensuring selectees meet requirements for entrance on duty.
  • Screens requests for personnel actions and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitors, directs, trains and oversees a team of lower graded HR staff when required.
