DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Vermitteln und Gestalten – du bist Schlüsselspielerin oder Schlüsselspieler für unseren Unternehmenserfolg und bewegst dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachabteilungen und der IT. Du gestaltest und managst die Kerngeschäftsprozesse unserer Kundinnen sowie Kunden, die durch unsere IT-Lösungen optimiert werden.
Dein Aufgabengebiet im Einzelnen beinhaltet:

  • Du bist Vorantreiberin oder Vorantreiber der digitalen Transformation unserer Kundinnen und Kunden, ob Greenfield oder System-Update – du nimmst jede Challenge an.
  • Als SAP Customer Service Spezialistin oder Spezialist verantwortest du Planung, Betreuung und Durchführung der Softwareprojekte.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kundschaft bei der Implementierung von CS und hast als Ansprechpartnerin oder Ansprechpartner immer ein offenes Ohr.
  • Mit deiner Expertise übernimmst du schnell die Projektverantwortlichkeit und bist in der Lage Systemeinstellungen mittels Customizing durchzuführen.
  • Du entwickelst dich auch fachübergreifend weiter und bringst deine eigenen Ideen und Interessen mit ein.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Beziehungen zu Kundinnen oder zu Kunden und baust weitere auf.
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Einen Hochschulabschluss in einem MINT-Fach, BWL oder eine Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in SAP CS (und ggf. CM)
  • Optimal sind zusätzliche Kenntnisse im Umfeld CRM (Service-Schwerpunkt) und/oder FSM.
  • Eine modulübergreifende Denkweise und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Drive und Lernbereitschaft, denn wir stehen nicht still und wollen mit dir höher und weiter.
  • Deine Haltung ist geprägt von einer kundenzentrierten Arbeitsweise, einem lernenden Selbstbild und Freude an der Arbeit im Team.
  • Projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft und gute Deutschkenntnisse
