What You'll Do
BCG's Learning & Development team develops quality and relevant learning initiatives that contributes to the success of our people. As a Global L&D Working Student, you will assist the Global L&D team in a supporting role. This role includes onboarding new team members, manage permission rights to our collaboration tools, organize and manage meeting notes, manage ad-hoc requests, and assist with the staffing and intake process. You may also support the learning teams with their projects.
This is a flexible and dynamic role with the ability to develop yourself further with challenging tasks and assignments. This role guarantees you a rich insight into the world of corporate learning and development in a top-tier management consulting firm.
*You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 – max. 24 mths. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.*

What You'll Bring
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program at a German university
* Excellent listening skills and are well-structured when taking notes and collecting materials
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and consider yourself skilled in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
* You are very responsive and can manage employee registration requests for digital tools such as Slack, MS Teams, Trello
* Fluency in spoken and written English and a confident and professional communicator
* Ability to work with cross functional and international teams and high attention to detail
