  • Developing a clear CRM vision and roadmap that addresses the needs of the university.
  • Enhancing the customer journey and relevant touchpoints through digital products and continuous process optimization.
  • Capturing and consolidating requirements from various departments, such as our study programs, marketing, and sales, to continuously improve CRM functionalities.
  • Prioritizing features, initiating, and coordinating projects based on the needs and strategic direction of the university.
  • Translating requirements into technical requirements for the team, monitoring implementation, and potentially taking on implementation roles.
  • Analyzing existing marketing and sales business processes to optimize daily business efficiency.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders ( IT, Marketing, Sales) and external service providers to coordinate the implementation of CRM initiatives and ensure their success.
  • Providing user support as needed and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders can effectively utilize the CRM platform.
Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandten Fächern (gerne auch mit Berufserfahrung).
  • Sie arbeiten sich schnell in neue Themen ein und am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben, macht Ihnen Spaß.
  • Sie denken analytisch, bringen komplexe Sachverhalte auf den Punkt und sind kommunikationsstark.
  • Sie treiben Projekte eigenständig voran, finden aber auch gerne im Team die beste Lösung.
  • Sie sind ein (Selbst-)Organisationstalent.
