- Capturing and consolidating requirements from various departments, such as our study programs, marketing, and sales, to continuously improve CRM functionalities.
- Prioritizing features, initiating, and coordinating projects based on the needs and strategic direction of the university.
- Translating requirements into technical requirements for the team, monitoring implementation, and potentially taking on implementation roles.
- Analyzing existing marketing and sales business processes to optimize daily business efficiency.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders ( IT, Marketing, Sales) and external service providers to coordinate the implementation of CRM initiatives and ensure their success.
- Providing user support as needed and ensuring that all relevant stakeholders can effectively utilize the CRM platform.
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandten Fächern (gerne auch mit Berufserfahrung).
