- Kunden- und Teamarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden sowie interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Produkt-, Design- und Entwicklungsmitarbeitern zur Entwicklung neuer Anwendungsfälle, Pilotprojekte und Machbarkeitsstudien (PoCs), wobei ein digital-first Ansatz und moderne Produktmanagement-Techniken genutzt werden (z. B. nutzerzentriertes Design, MVP, Rapid Prototyping).
- Geschäftsperspektive vertreten: Führung der geschäftlichen Analyse hinsichtlich der Relevanz für Visa, Erstellung von Geschäftsmodellen und -analysen sowie Begründung der Investitionen. Definition der "Business Design Challenge" zu Beginn jedes Projekts, um sicherzustellen, dass die Auswirkungen für Nutzer und Unternehmen frühzeitig klar sind (z. B. Definition des zu lösenden Problems und der gewünschten Auswirkungen).
- Projektumsetzung: Teilnahme an der Durchführung verschiedener Projekte basierend auf den definierten Nutzerbedürfnissen und Problemstellungen.
- Design- und Technologiebeteiligung: Partnerschaft mit Design- und Technikteams, um zu entscheiden, welche Arbeiten erforderlich sind, um eine Lösung zu erkunden, zu testen und zu verfeinern, und eine holistische Herangehensweise an das Produktdesign sicherzustellen. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Designern, um Lösungen greifbar und realisierbar zu machen.
- Empfehlungen darstellen: Klare Argumentation der Attraktivität, Machbarkeit und Tragfähigkeit von Empfehlungen, inklusive Integration in die Unternehmensstrategie, Geschäftsmodell und Implementierungsrisiken.
- Projekt- und Kundenführung: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Kundenprojekten von der Akquise über die Forschung bis hin zur Implementierung und Markteinführung neuer Produkte.
- Analyse und Forschung: Durchführung und Leitung von Untersuchungen und Analysen zur Größenschätzung von Marktchancen.
- Zusammenfassung und Kommunikation: Inhaltliche Zusammenführung und Präsentation für Führungskräfte und zur Erstellung von Produkt-Roadmaps.
- Teamführung: Inspirierende Leitung großer und diverser Teams (10-20 Personen), inklusive Kunden- und Visa-Mitarbeitern, während Co-Creation-Sprints.
- Koordination mit internen Stakeholdern
- Logistikmanagement: Abstimmung mit dem Operations-Team für die Organisation von Kundenevents.
- Moderation: Aktive Durchführung von Co-Creation-Workshops vor Ort und virtuell.

- Projektmanagement und Motivation: Einsatz exzellenter Projektmanagement- und Führungskompetenzen, um Teams zu inspirieren und kreative, intelligente Ansätze zur Erreichung von Kundenzufriedenheit einzusetzen.
- Flexibles Vorgehen: Entwicklung von Prozessansätzen, die klar definiert sind, ohne übermäßig einschränkend zu sein.
