Regional Clinical Consultant

- Sie bilden medizinisches, klinisches Fachpersonal aus und unterstützen Ärzte und OP-Personal bei der fachgerechten Applikation. Dadurch optimieren Sie kontinuierlich die Patientenversorgung.
- Sie übernehmen die Auswertung und das Reporting klinisch relevanter Daten sowie die Dokumentation von Ergebnissen. Dabei arbeiten sie eng mit Ihren Teamkolleg:innen im Bereich Clinical Consulting aber auch den Vertriebskolleg:innen zusammen.
- Sie trainieren Kunden zur Steigerung der klinischen Auslastung und Leistung. Dazu verwalten Sie Schulungen für bestehende und neue Kunden.
- Sie führen klinische Demonstrationen durch und Unterstützen bei der Koordination vor Ort.
- Sie verfügen über eine klinische oder klinisch-technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Gesundheits- bzw. Krankenpfleger:in oder Kardiotechniker:in / Klinischer Perfusionist:in.
- Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in der Patientenbetreuung auf der Intensiv- oder Pflegestation, im OP oder im HKL sammeln.
- Sie haben ein souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten und fühlen sich wohl darin, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf- und auszubauen. Zudem verfügen Sie über gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und verstehen sich als Teamplayer.
- Sie fühlen sich wohl in der flexiblen Gestaltung Ihres Arbeitsalltages. Diese Rolle setzt eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Bayern und Baden-Württemberg voraus. Die Einsatzbereitschaft in Notfallsituationen ist hierfür ebenfalls notwendig.
