  • Leitung der Entwicklung von Unternehmensprozessen auf Konzernebene, angepasst an die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Geschäftseinheiten
  • Projektleitungen und aktive Beteiligung an internationalen Projekten durch Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen, Definition von Prozessen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen
  • Implementierung der Einkaufsprozesse auf der modernen SAP S/4HANA Plattform, die konzernweit eingeführt wird, mit Fokus auf den Modulen MM und ARIBA
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen für Geschäftsprozesse, externen und internen Beratern
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technik oder Wirtschaft
  • Erfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen mit fundiertem Wissen über Unternehmensprozesse
  • Fachwissen in der Abwicklung von Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozessen für vielfältige Produkte mit SAP S/4HANA, speziell in den Modulen MM und gerne auch in ARIBA, sowie Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten
  • Vertrautheit mit Schnittstellen zu benachbarten Bereichen wie Logistik, Vertrieb und Produktion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit integrierten SAP-Systemen
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, einschließlich Englisch
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Beratungskompetenz
