HR Analyst

You will play a central role in optimizing our HR analytics on a global scale and delivering valuable insights that promote the growth and success of our organization.

• Identification of Global HR Metrics and Appropriate Benchmarks: You are responsible for identifying key HR metrics (KPIs) that are critical for specific areas. Furthermore, you determine benchmarks to ensure that performance aligns with industry standards and global benchmarks.
• Development and Implementation of Global Standardized Dashboards: Using modern digital tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Tableau, you create comprehensive dashboards that allow for monitoring and evaluation of global HR strategies and processes at a glance.
• Data Quality Management: The quality of HR KPI data is of paramount importance. You carry out comprehensive data quality management to ensure that metrics are reliable and consistent. You work closely with responsible colleagues to maintain data quality standards.
• Central Point of Contact: You serve as the central point of contact for the executive leadership as well as the Global and Corporate HR Leads. You are available to provide informed insights and recommendations on all HR analytics matters.
• Analysis and Interpretation of Global Metrics: You analyze and interpret global HR metrics and derive actionable recommendations when deviations from defined benchmarks occur.
• Provision of Global Ad-Hoc Analyses and Reports: You are capable of swiftly responding to specific requirements from executive management (EMT-level) and providing comprehensive ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Collaboration with the Global Finance Department: In the development and execution of the HR Scorecard, you collaborate closely with the global finance department to ensure that HR initiatives and performance align with financial goals.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable
• Solid understanding of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
• Strong analytical and computer-aided skills and abilities, including knowledge of relational databases
• Attention to details, high numerical affinity, and a very good understanding of complex interrelationships and processes
• Fluent English
