Carglass® in Deutschland ist Spezialist für die Reparatur und den Neueinbau von Fahrzeugglas. In Deutschland beschäftigt Carglass® rund 2.450 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, davon sind über 1.700 speziell geschulte Carglass®- Monteure. Etwa 550 Mitarbeiter arbeiten in der Hauptverwaltung in Köln, rund 200 Mitarbeiter sind im Customer Contact Center (Call Center) beschäftigt. Das Unternehmen bearbeitet rund 1,2 Mio. Kundenkontakte pro Jahr und hilft Autofahrern in ganz Deutschland, entweder in einem der 370 Service-Center oder unterwegs mit mehr als 240 mobilen Einheiten.

Frontend Developer (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Entwicklung mit Leidenschaft: Du bist für die Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner, Cloud-fähiger Webapplikationen verantwortlich und gestaltest ihre Zukunft aktiv mit.

  • Innovation leben: Analysiere Anforderungen und setze innovative Lösungen um, die den Unterschied machen.

  • Qualität sichern: Du kümmerst dich um die Wartung, den Support und die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer bestehenden Applikationen und sorgst dafür, dass sie jederzeit auf dem neuesten Stand sind.

  • Testen und Optimieren: Durchführe Tests und begleite Produktionsstarts, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos läuft.

  • Mentor und Coach: Teile dein Wissen und trainiere andere Entwickler*innen in den Bereichen Software-Architektur und moderne Technologien.

  • Wissensmanagement: Trage aktiv zur Erweiterung unserer Wissensdatenbank bei und sorge dafür, dass das Team immer auf dem neuesten Stand bleibt.

Du bringst mit:

  • Erfahrung und Know-how: Du hast einen Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Noch wichtiger ist deine nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung.

  • Technologie-Expertise: Du bist fit in HTML, CSS, TypeScript und JavaScript und hast umfangreiche Erfahrung mit dem Angular-Framework.

  • Modernes Arbeiten: Du verstehst Microservices und hast Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung (vorzugsweise mit Jest).

  • Tooling-Kompetenz: Du kennst dich aus mit Jenkins, GitLab CI und anderen Tools aus unserem Tech Stack wie Magnolia, AWS und Kubernetes.

  • Teamspirit und Lernfreude: Teamarbeit ist für dich selbstverständlich, du bringst kreative Ideen ein und bist immer bereit, Neues zu lernen.

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist in der Lage, in Deutsch und Englisch klar und effektiv zu kommunizieren.
