Business Development Manager (m/w/d)


Aufgaben
  • Du recherchierst Hintergrundinformationen über die verschiedenen Tätigkeiten von digitalen und sich digitalisierenden Unternehmen und erstellst und präsentierst darauf aufbauend maßgeschneiderte Angebote.
  • Du vermittelst Unternehmen erfolgreich die vielen Möglichkeiten in unserem Netzwerk und trägst maßgeblich zur Gewinnung neuer Mitgliedsunternehmen für den Bitkom und zur Erreichung unserer ambitionierten Wachstumsziele bei.
  • Des Weiteren begleitest Du aktiv und förderst den Integrationsprozess unserer Neumitglieder in die Angebote und Services des Bitkom, z.B. durch Webinare.
  • Du entwickelst darüber hinaus Maßnahmen zur Mitgliederbindung und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um.

Profil
  • Ein mit Erfolg abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium.
    Erste Berufserfahrungen im Vertrieb, Account Management oder Business Development, möglichst im Dienstleistungsbereich.
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Themen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte und Geschäftsbedingungen einfach und verständlich darzustellen und die Vorzüge hervorzuheben.
  • Du bist leidenschaftlicher Netzwerker, teamfähig und kommunikationsstark und liebst es, Vorteile zu vermitteln, passende Angebote zu erstellen und Aufträge zu ergattern.
  • Überzeugungsstärke – schriftlich und im persönlichen Gespräch vor Gruppen sowie ein gewinnendes und sicheres Auftreten – in deutscher und englischer Sprache gleichermaßen – bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
