Aufgaben
- Abwicklung der Serviceaufträge als Serviceauftragsverantwortlicher im Sondermaschinenbau weltweit vor Ort
- Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung der Software von Maschinen und Anlagen vor Ort
- Sicherstellung der Qualität sowie Einhaltung der Termin- und Kostenvorgaben
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Revision von Risikobeurteilungen und deren Abnahmen
- Erstellung von Software-Dokumentationen verbunden mit der Pflege und Archivierung von Software
- Durchführung von Beratungen und Machbarkeitsanalysen
- Erstellung von Abnahmeprotokollen, Berichten und Dokumentationen
- Ausarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen sowie die Schulung und Einweisung beim Kunden vor Ort
- Beratung und Support von Kunden (telefonisch, online und vor Ort)
- Klärung von Fehlerursachen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilung und Lieferanten
- Durchführung von Funktions- und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen sowie Abnahmen der Anlagen
- Schwachstellenanalyse in der Produktion (Maschinenverfügbarkeit)
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
- Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung im Aftersales und Service
- Einsatz im 1st und 2nd Level Support sowie Teilnahme an der Einsatz- und Rufbereitschaft
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Informatik, Maschinenbau oder in einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Montagetechnik und/oder Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen und Maschinen, vorzugsweise im Sondermaschinenbau
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SPS-Systemen wie zum Beispiel TIA Portal, S5, Simatic Manager, WinCC Flexible, ProTool, SINUMERIK oder Beckhoff
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Robotik, z.B. mit Stäubli, KUKA oder vergleichbaren Robotersystemen
- Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik der gängigen Hersteller (SEW, Siemens, Festo) von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse in der Bildverarbeitungssysteme wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse verbunden mit sehr hoher internationaler Reisebereitschaft
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie interkulturelle Sensibilität
