Aufgaben
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden als vertrauensvoller und kompetenter Ansprechpartner im Bestandskundenmanagement und repräsentierst unsere YAVEON Produktbereiche und Werte
- Dabei stellst Du zu jeder Zeit die Steuerung und Moderation sämtlicher Aktivitäten des Customer-Value-Vertriebsprozesses - von der Erstellung der Roadmap bis zum Kundenerfolg - sicher.
- Upselling? Für dich selbstverständlich, denn maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, qualifizierte Angebotskalkulationen und Vertragsverhandlungen (auch auf C-Level) sind für dich essentiell
- Die Konzeption und Vorstellung von Piloten und Demos bei Kunden gehören ebenfalls mit dazu
- Dein starkes Netzwerk zu IT-Entscheidungsträgern, C-Suite und Business Decision Makers pflegst du regelmäßig, um den Weg zum Kundenerfolg zu ebnen
- Regelmäßiges Reporting sowie die Pflege von relevanten Aktivitäten im CRM-System gehören zu deinem Daily Business
- Im Team geht es einfach besser Daher bringst Du Markt- und Kundenanforderungen in die strategische Roadmap des Produkt-Managements ein.
Profil
- Du passt zu uns, wenn Du für Sales brennst und Lust hast, gemeinsam im Team etwas zu bewegen.
- Wenn Du noch Erfahrungen im Bestandskundenmanagement bzw. Vertrieb (idealerweise in der IT-Branche) mitbringst, wäre das ein perfektes Match
