Das Solution Delivery Managment ist der Ansprechpartner für den Kunden Bundeswehr (Bw) hinsichtlich technischer Vertragsaspekte. Es stellt somit die Schnittstelle zwischen Delivery und Kunde Bundeswehr (Bw) während der Vertragserfüllungsphase dar. Es ist verantwortlich für die vertragsgerechte Service- und Leistungserbringung und den damit verbundenen Vertragsleistungen (Deliverables).


Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Weiterentwicklung der Applikation DyNAMO4BWI im Anteil Auftrag
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Fachlichem Lead Auftragsmanagement, Fachbereichen(SPOCs) und technischem Betrieb der Applikation
  • Definition, Abgleich und Konsolidierung von neuen Anforderungen mit den Stakeholdern
  • Testing der umgesetzten Anforderungen aus fachlicher Sicht
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen​
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung/Fortschreibung Arbeitshilfen und Vorgabedokumenten im Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fachhochschul-) Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrungen im Requirments Engineering und/oder Prozessdesign
  • Erfahrungen im Design und der Modellierung von Prozessen, Verfahren und technischen Lösungen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von organisatorischen/technischen Abhängigkeiten und deren Auswirkungen
  • Analytisch-methodisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie Organisationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung​
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
