Aufgaben
  • Du wirkst schwerpunktmäßig bei der Jahres- und Konzernabschlussprüfung von Asset Management-Gesellschaften, nach HGB und IFRS unter Anwendung eines risikoorientierten Prüfungsansatzes mit.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang setzt du dich intensiv mit Geschäftsmodell-, Prozess- und Ergebnisanalysen auseinander und bearbeitest Fragestellungen aus den Bereichen Bilanzierung, Bewertung und Regulatorik.
  • Als (Senior) Manager bist du für die fachliche Führung und Motivation eines Teams von 5 bis zu 10 Kolleg*innen verantwortlich.
  • Die Prüfung von Nebendienstleistungen sowie die Erarbeitung von Stellungnahmen zu regulatorischen Themen gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, vorzugsweise mit Vertiefung in Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuern, Rechnungswesen und/oder Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Prüfung von Jahresabschlüssen von Banken, Asset Management-Gesellschaften und/oder Finanzdienstleistern nach HGB sowie in der Prüfung von Reporting Packages nach IFRS
  • Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Hohes Maß an Motivation, Proaktivität und ausgeprägte Leadership Skills
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
