Aufgaben

In Deiner Position als Specialist Sales Analytics bist Du Teil unseres Vertriebsinnendienstes. Deine Mission ist es, unserem Vertriebsteam alle notwendigen Vertriebskennzahlen bereitzustellen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf verschiedener Vertriebsprozesse zu gewährleisten und eine Basis für stetige Verbesserung zu schaffen:

  • Ausarbeitung, Überarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Reportings
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Updates zu aktuellen Vertriebskennzahlen für die Sales-Abteilung
  • Ableitung von Prognosen zur Entwicklung der Vertriebskennzahlen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsaußendienstes und Managements mit Analysen der Vertriebsleistung
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen mit aktuellen Zahlen, Entwicklungen und Prognosen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Dateneingabe, Dokumentenverwaltung und Reportings
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit externen Agenturen zu Vertriebskennzahlen


Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft
  • Neben sicherem Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen sind Kenntnisse von Datentools, insbesondere Excel und PowerBI von Vorteil
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten sind wünschenswert
  • Du hast ein Auge für Details sowie eine genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Organisationsgeschick und Multitasking-Fähigkeit
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
